GAT JetFuel T-300 is a performance-enhancing supplement for male athletes. The formulation is designed to boost testosterone levels to enable a more productive workout and increased muscle growth, while also assisting with fat burning needs.

It comes in easy-to-swallow capsule form and GAT states use of their formulation can boost the metabolism by up to 12.5% and testosterone levels by up to 17% in just 3 hours.

The capsules are oil-infused to enable faster absorption once consumed and GAT says their formulation works as a three stage system:

  1. Burn [fat]: by boosting thermogens
  2. Build [muscle]: by protecting testosterone
  3. Amplify: Release and absorption

Blend Power & Potential

GAT T-300 fat burnerThe JetFuel T-300 blend contains niacin, magnesium, and zinc. The inclusion rates here are possibly a little low, but all three ingredients are known to be effective for boosting and maintaining testosterone levels.

Unfortunately the rest of the ingredients used in GAT’s JetFuel T-300 capsules are incorporated in three proprietary blends, so individual inclusion rate are not listed. This makes it impossible to get a true picture of the product potential just by looking at the label.

The JetFuel Clinically Dosed Thermogenic Support Blend (635mg) is obviously designed to provide the promised fat burning. Caffeine is the most dependable thermogenic supplement in the blend but GAT have called it by its fancy name – methyltheobromine. This is a classic supplement manufacturer tactic. Caffeine works but companies need to make it sound more special to hike the price up.

The JetFuel Clinically Dosed Testosterone Protection Blend (258mg) contains a trio of ingredients that are believed to boost testosterone levels.

Calcium fructopyranose borate, more commonly known as boron, is a naturally occurring ingredient that can be found in some nuts, most notably pecan. It has a long-standing reputation for jacking up testosterone production, but recent studies suggest its reputation is undeserved.

Tribulus vine stem and fruit formulations are sometimes used to tone the stomach muscles of pregnant women in preparation for childbirth, but tests fail to support its alleged ability to boost testosterone production.

Withania somnifera is probably a much better inclusion because test results indicate the ingredient really does have the power to boost testosterone levels, but the dosage used in the tests (5g) was admittedly higher than could possibly be provided here.

The JetFuel Bio-Absorption Support Blend (70mg) is intended to ensure the main ingredients are absorbed as fast as possible to get to work quickly. All three ingredients appear to have merit.

Sodium starch glyconate is a disintigrant incorporated into many commercially produced tablets.

Medium-chain triglycerides are fatty acids that can be easily digested without any need of bile, and are quickly absorbed into the body, so they can be an effective carrier mechanism.

Piper nigrum seeds are more commonly known as black pepper. Tests show the compound can enhance the absorption of nutrients by up to 30%.

Usage Instructions

New users are advised to begin with a reduced dose to allow them to assess their tolerance to the product.

Day 1:  One capsule should be taken with eight ounces of cold water, half an hour before breakfast. A second dose should be taken half an before lunch.

Day 2 onwards:  If no tolerance issues have been experienced users may take up to three capsules, taken, twice a day, with eight ounces of water.

*The recommended dosage should not be exceeded and JetFuel T-300 should never be taken within six hours of bedtime.*

Pricing & Purchasing Options

Most people should be able to find a GAT JetFuel T-300 supplier easily enough. The product is available in many online stores including the VitaminShoppe.com and Nutrition Express. Supplies of capsules can also be purchased from eBay and Amazon and around $33 per (90 capsule) tub seems to be a pretty consistent price across the majority of suppliers.

Guarantee

There does not appear to be a money back guarantee.

Health Considerations

GAT make to mention of the possibility of side effects and customer feedback does not indicate that the blend is likely to be problematic. It is not a product targeted at women but pregnant and nursing mothers would be wise to seek medical advice before commencing supplementation with this or any other dietary product. The same advice is offered to anyone who has known or suspected health problems.

Customer Feedback

Some users rate JetFuel T-300 as average, but the majority of customers rate the product more highly and very low ratings are hard to find.

One customer says:

“First Fat Burner that I have used that has shown noticeable results quickly. You can feel that it is working and not getting that total jittery feeling. Will defiantly be using more of this.

Conclusion and Recommendations

GAT are known for sounding good. Their blends often have quality ingredients and the idea behind them is also good. The issue with this product and so many others is a pervasive issue across the high-end supplement market: inclusion rates, dosage – call it what you want.

By example Withania Somnifera (or Ashwagandha) which is in the Testosterone boosting section of GAT T-300 is a promising ingredient. For T boosting it is mediocre at best, though it maybe effective for infertile men. Rather, it promises to be a good performance enhancer, specifically for power output, aerobic capacity etc.

The problem is, the dose may need to be several orders of magnitude larger than it is in this product. If T-300 has a proprietary blend, then how do we know this? Well, the whole blend for testosterone boosting is 258mg. That means Withania Somnifera is the smallest fraction out of the 3 ingredients in it (because it is bottom on list). Studies suggest the minimal effective dosage of this ingredient is 500mg a day!!

Phentaslim directIt’s hard to fit a lot of things in pills, we get it, but dosage is key to an effective blend. Somewhere, there has to be a compromise between quality and quantity.
